Rafael Barbadillo Garnica moved from Bilbao to Lanzarote in 1995. From then on, he focused his professional work in different construction companies, and later, with the necessary experience, he opened his own professional office. From there, and among other tasks, he began his work as a consultant in all types of construction processes as a Site Manager.

He also specialises in the preparation of expert reports on all types of technical errors in the construction process, including the preparation of different projects. From that moment on, he has managed many houses and buildings up to the present day.

It is in this professional experience that the need for a project manager arises, especially when encountering enthusiastic people who have seen their dream of building their home frustrated due to different problems, whether of an urban planning or design nature, poor contracting, the lack of a legal contract, a form of payment inadequate to their possibilities, poor execution of the work or defective management of the same, or a budget that did not include all the elements necessary to complete the work.
